What this is
A drop-in space to pause, reset, and connect with peers. Each session includes a short mindfulness practice, a guided prompt for reflection, and simple tools you can use right away – in school, clinic, and life. Come whenever it works for you; no ongoing commitment required.
Who it’s for
All NUNM students seeking practical strategies for balance, stress relief, and community support.
What to expect (each session)
- 5–10 min grounding practice (breathwork, gentle movement, or guided meditation)
- Brief theme to focus conversation (e.g., Boundaries that Protect Balance; Rest as Resistance)
- Open discussion and take-home tools
How to join
- In person: Room 223 (bring your lunch if you’d like).
- Online: Join via Teams.
