Join Dean Allen for a 9-Week Support Group for Grounding, Growth, and Connection. Attend one, some or all of the sessions.

It’s common for life to feel overwhelming right now—especially as a student navigating constant demands and worldly uncertainty. This weekly drop-in group offers a supportive space to explore ways to stay resourced, reconnect with your centeredness, practice mindfulness, and build resilience alongside others.You’re welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as you like—whatever fits into your life right now.

Each week includes:

  • A guided mindfulness practice (such as grounding, breathwork, movement, or compassion-based meditation)
  • A themed group discussion to reflect and connect about how this work directly relates to your personal life as well as what you will bring to those you will assist, post degree. 
  • Simple, take-home tools to support your well-being day-to-day and share with others in your practice.
