Responsibilities: To participate in simulated case scenarios for the Virtual Nutrition clinical Experience course. You will be required to either role play a student intern nutritionist or a simulated patient/client for clinical nutrition related cases. Performances require a realistic portrayal of a patient or client involving simulating physical signs and symptoms, responding to verbal cues from the learner in a standardized manner that is dictated by the case materials, and provide an accurate assessment of the learners’ clinical and interpersonal skills verbally or through documentation. You will also role play a nutrition student intern, do initial intake interviews, and perform aspects of the Nutrition Care Process. All simulated case encounters are virtual and performed through Teams as a telehealth visit.  This position will also assist in grading and evaluating the case assignments for the GSNO580E/GSNO524 courses.

Hours: 4-6 hours are available per week and you must have flexibility with your hours.

Qualifications:

You must of have been previously enrolled in the GSN515/GSNO515 Nutritional Assessment and the GSN524/GSNO524 MNT course, and are not currently enrolled in the course.
